Buying credit packs
When you need more credits, you can buy a one-time pack for texts or email without changing your subscription. Compare the pack price with the available plans before you buy.
How credits work
SMS and email credits live in two separate pools. Each plan includes a monthly allowance for both, and that allowance refills automatically on your billing date. Pack credits get added on top of your balance and roll over month to month, so anything you don't use stays in your account.
Buying a pack
Open More → My Account → Buy More Credits. Choose the Text or Email tab, select a pack, and tap Purchase. Complete the payment step shown in the app. After the purchase succeeds, return to My Account and refresh to check your balance. Pack credits don't expire, so unused credits stay in your account.
When to buy a pack vs upgrade your plan
A pack may suit a one-time increase in messaging. If you regularly need more credits, compare the pack prices with the plan options under My Account → Subscription → Manage → Change Plan.
