Buying credit packs
When your monthly credits run dry, or you need a burst of sends ahead of a big launch, a one-time credit pack is faster and cheaper than upgrading your plan. Packs let you top up the exact pool you need (SMS or email) without changing your subscription.
How credits work
SMS and email credits live in two separate pools. Each plan includes a monthly allowance for both, and that allowance refills automatically on your billing date. Pack credits get added on top of your balance and roll over month to month, so anything you don't use stays in your account.
Buying a pack

Choose either an SMS pack or an email pack, then pick the tier that matches the volume you're planning. Confirm the purchase with your saved payment method, and the credits land in your balance right away. Pack credits don't expire, so if you overbuy ahead of a launch, the leftover sits in your account for the next time you need it.
When to buy a pack vs upgrade your plan
A pack is the right move when your needs spike for a single event (a product drop, a class, a holiday push) and you expect to drop back to your usual volume right after. If you find yourself buying packs every month, that's a signal your real usage has grown, and upgrading your plan is usually the better long-term value.
