Plans and credits

Your billing in Simple Downline has two pieces: a subscription plan and (optionally) credit packs. Most people only need a plan. Credit packs are for the months when you want to send more than your plan covers.

Where to find it

Tap More → My Account. The screen has these sections:

  • A profile card with your name, email, and a pencil icon to Edit Profile.
  • Your SD Phone Number. The number your texts come from. Tap it to copy.
  • A Subscription card with your plan name (for example, "Starter $39/mo") and the SMS and email allotment, plus a status badge that reads Active, Canceling, or Unknown.
  • A Credits card showing how many SMS and Email credits you have right now.
  • A Sign out link at the bottom.

Subscription

Your plan includes a set number of texts and emails each month. When the month rolls over, your plan credits reset.

During pre-registration, the Starter Plan is the entry-level subscription you'll see first.

After pre-registration, the full plan picker opens up so you can compare monthly credit tiers.

Once your subscription is set up, you'll see a confirmation screen.

The Subscription card also shows your renewal date: "Next billing [date]" if your plan is active, or "Access until [date]" if you've canceled.

To change plans, tap Manage. This opens the Manage Subscription screen, where you'll find buttons to Change Plan, Update Payment Method, and Cancel Subscription. If you don't have a plan yet, you'll see "No active subscription" and a Subscribe button instead.

Credit packs

If you run low or need extra one month, tap Buy More Credits on the Credits card. The Buy Credits screen has two tabs (SMS and Email) with one-time pack options to choose from.

Credits from packs don't expire and don't reset monthly. They sit in your account until you use them. Plan credits are separate. They reset every month.

How credits get used

  • Texts. Each text you send uses one SMS credit.
  • Emails. Each email you send uses one email credit.
  • Inbox replies. Replies you send from the Inbox count too.
  • Funnel auto-replies. Auto-replies sent from your funnels count too.

What if I run out?

If you run out of SMS credits, your texts pause until your plan refreshes or you buy a credit pack. Email works the same way. The app warns you when you're getting close so you have time to decide.

Canceling

Tap Manage on the Subscription card to cancel. After canceling:

  • Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for (the "Access until" date).
  • After that, sending pauses, but your contacts and conversations stay safe.
  • Reactivate any time.
