Your subscription

Your subscription is where you manage the monthly plan that powers Simple Downline. From the Manage Subscription screen, you can see your current tier, check your next billing date, switch plans, or cancel.

Where to find it

From My Account, tap Manage to see your current plan and billing info.

The screen shows your current plan, what's included in it (SMS and email allowance, contact limits, feature access), and the date your next renewal hits.

Changing plans

Tap your current plan to see the full list of tiers. Plan changes take effect immediately, whether you move up or down. We prorate the price difference based on the days remaining in the cycle, so you only pay for what changes, and your new credit allowance is available right away.

Canceling

To cancel, scroll to the bottom of Manage Subscription and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period, so nothing stops working the moment you cancel. Your contacts, campaigns, and history all stay intact in case you decide to come back later.
