Why a message still shows in Upcoming Sends after it already sent

Sometimes a message goes out and shows as sent, but it's still sitting in your Upcoming Sends box with a future date. That's normal, and it doesn't mean the message will go out twice.

What's happening

The Upcoming Sends box refreshes every afternoon. When a message sends earlier in the day, the box may still show the older listing until that afternoon refresh runs. Once it refreshes, the entry drops off.

Will it send twice?

No. The welcome message never sends to the same person twice. Anyone who already received it is skipped, so even if the listing lingers for a bit, nobody gets a duplicate.

What to do

1. Give it until the next afternoon, when the Upcoming Sends box refreshes.
2. Check the Sends screen to confirm the message went out and see who received it.
