Sends and upcoming sends
Sends is a running log of everything your campaigns send. Each entry shows the date, the time, and how many contacts it went to. Messages that are queued to go out next show up under Upcoming Sends on your home screen. Together they give you a clear picture of what's already gone out and what's about to.
Past sends
The list lives under More, then Sends. Each row shows the campaign name, the date and time the batch went out, and how many contacts it went to. The list is sorted newest first, so your most recent activity is right at the top. Use the search field to jump to a specific campaign by name.
Who a send went to
Tap any send to open it. You'll see the campaign name and the recipient count at the top, then the full list of contacts in that batch. Use the search bar to find a specific person, and tap any contact to open their record.
Upcoming sends
Scroll down on your home screen to find Upcoming Sends. It's a once-a-day snapshot of what's queued for the next day, shown under a single date header (for example, "Upcoming Sends for May 23rd"). Each row shows the campaign name and how many contacts are queued. The list updates once a day.
Tap an upcoming send to see the same kind of list: the contacts lined up to receive it. To stop something that's queued, turn its campaign off (see Turning on a campaign).
