Smart, Drip, and Custom campaigns
Tap Campaigns at the bottom of the app and you'll see a screen with the heading "Regular Communication that Invites Replies". Three tabs run across the top: Smart, Drip, and Custom. Each one is a different kind of follow-up, and picking the right one saves you a lot of work.
Smart
Smart campaigns are the ones already built for you. They're tied to common moments in a Brand Partner's business (welcoming a new customer, checking in on someone who's gone quiet, sharing a monthly tip) and they send themselves once you turn them on.
During setup, you pick which Smart campaigns you want to turn on right from the start.
You don't have to write the messages or pick the audience. Just open a Smart campaign, look it over, and tap to activate. It's where most Brand Partners start.
Drip
Drip campaigns are short sequences that kick off when someone takes a specific action, like signing up through one of your funnels or registering for a class.
The person gets your first message right away, then the next a few days later, and so on. Each contact moves through the sequence at their own pace based on when they joined.
Use Drip when you want a thoughtful follow-up to a single moment.
Custom
Custom campaigns are ones you build from scratch. You pick:
- Who it goes to (a group, optionally narrowed by your filter)
- Whether it's text or email
- The messages and how many days apart they go out
- Whether it sends once or repeats on a schedule
Use Custom when you want something unique, or when you just want to send a single one-time blast (one step, sent once, done).
The Custom tab shows "No custom campaigns yet. Tap + to create your first custom campaign" if you haven't built any.
