Do international members get texted?
If your downline includes members outside the US, you won't get charged for texting them. Simple Downline handles this for you, so there's no need to set anything up contact by contact.
Text campaigns only go to US numbers
Before any text campaign sends, Simple Downline includes only contacts with a US phone number. Anyone with a number outside the US is left out automatically.
Because credits are only used for messages that actually go out, those international members cost you nothing on the text side. You don't have to code or edit them one at a time.
Email campaigns still reach everyone
Your email campaigns work separately from texts. Any international member with an email on file will receive your email campaigns normally.
Can I add images to emails?
Yes. On the latest version of the app, you attach an image to an email the same way you do for a text. If an older email campaign shows text only, update the app and you'll see the option to add an image.
