Do international members get texted?
Simple Downline's text campaigns are built for supported US-style phone numbers. Email campaigns can reach eligible contacts outside the US.
Text campaigns only go to US numbers
Before a text campaign is prepared, contacts without a valid +1 North American number are excluded. Numbers in this format can include places outside the US, so a +1 number is not a guarantee of delivery.
Excluded contacts do not use text credits for that campaign attempt. For a +1 number that is submitted but fails at the provider, check the send details and contact support if the credit balance looks wrong.
Email campaigns still reach everyone
Email campaigns work separately from texts. An international contact can be included if they are in the campaign audience, have an email address, and have not opted out of email. Provider acceptance still does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Can I add images to emails?
Yes. The email campaign editor supports an image attachment. It adds an {{image}} tag to the message body; move that tag to control where the image appears.
