How to stop texting a specific contact
Sometimes a person in your contacts is someone you'd rather just text from your personal phone, like a spouse or a close friend. If they're one of your Simple Downline contacts, they'll get your campaign texts (welcome, News, and others), and each of those uses a credit. Their replies also land in your Simple Downline inbox instead of your personal phone.
To take them out of the automated texts, turn on their SMS opt-out.
Turn on SMS opt-out
- Open Contacts and tap the person.
- Tap the three dots in the top right and choose Edit.
- Turn on the SMS opt-out option, then tap Save.
After that, Simple Downline won't text that person or use credits on them anymore.
