Connecting your Young Living account
You sign into Simple Downline by connecting your Young Living account. There's no separate Simple Downline username or password.
How to sign in
When you open the app for the first time, you'll see this on the Login screen:
Connect Your Young Living Account
We securely sync your customers and team, no manual uploads or CSV headaches.
Sign in with your Young Living credentials so Simple Downline can automatically organize your contacts into meaningful groups and activate follow-up campaigns.
Tap Login Now. The Young Living sign-in opens (on the web app, you'll see a "Sign in to Young Living" dialog with Member ID and Password fields). Enter your Young Living credentials and tap Sign In.

You'll see a few quick status messages while things connect:
Getting things ready for you... → Connecting to Young Living... → Please sign in... → Almost there... → You're all set!
The app moves you to the next setup step automatically.
What comes in
Your customers and team members from Young Living appear in your Contacts list, including names, phone numbers, emails, member IDs, ranks, and downline status. You don't have to upload anything.
If sign-in doesn't work
- Wrong member ID or password. Double-check you're using your Young Living credentials, not anything specific to Simple Downline.
- The Young Living window seems stuck. Close it and try again. A fresh attempt usually works.
- You signed in but don't see contacts yet. Give it a minute. Larger downlines take a little longer to appear the first time.
