Subscribing to a plan

After you confirm your business info, the next step in pre-registration is choosing a subscription. On the pre-registration tracker (Info, Subscribe, Number), Subscribe sits between your business info and picking a phone number. A plan is required before we can register a number for you with the carriers.

The Starter Plan

The Starter Plan is the entry-level subscription, designed for someone just getting going.

Starter is built for new senders who want a real plan without committing to a higher tier on day one. It includes a baseline monthly allowance of SMS and email credits, plus access to campaigns, the inbox, and contact syncing. If you already know you'll be sending heavily, you can pick a higher tier later from My Account, then Manage Subscription, without losing anything you've set up. For most people, Starter is the right place to begin.

Checkout

Tapping Subscribe opens Stripe, which handles payment securely. We never see your card details. Demo accounts skip this step entirely and jump straight to picking a phone number.

This confirmation appears for a few seconds after Stripe finalizes the charge, then the app moves you forward to phone number selection.
